Guided Tour Forest garden Rehfelde

We have a very diverse landscape comprising woodland, arable land, meadows, marshland and water bodies.
A third of the total area consists of biotopes where nature is left to its own devices. On two green spaces, we are experimenting with four different forest garden systems, and we also use a variety of approaches to vegetable production. If you’d like to gain an insight into our project, we invite you to join us from time to time for a guided tour of the site, during which we’re happy to cater to your individual interests.

On 5 July 2026 at 3.30 pm, Matthias will be showing you around the various areas and systems of the forest garden during a guided tour (by donation).
The meeting point for the tour is at the container complex on our site. Afterwards, there will also be an opportunity to buy fresh vegetables, flowers or herbs at the farm shop.

Getting there

The garden is easily accessible via Herrensee railway station and a lovely 20-minute walk (directions here). If you are travelling by car, please park (if possible) in the public car parks at the village green in Rehfelde-Dorf and walk to our grounds!
