Dr. Noemi Stadler-Kaulich has already planned, implemented, and/or supported agroforestry projects in several regions around the world. She has compiled her extensive knowledge in a compact form in the “Handbook of Agroforestry – From Easy to Dynamic – Soil Fertility and Climate Protection,” in which she shows that agroforestry is possible for everyone. Numerous overview diagrams clearly illustrate the advantages, principles, and implementation methods of agroforestry systems.

The German version contains lists of suitable accompanying vegetation for Central Europe, which also highlight the characteristics of the respective plants – very practical for planning your own agroforestry project. The Spanish version currently includes companion plants for the Andean region. If this version is to be used in Spain, the suitable companion species in the respective region of Spain must be determined. The Agroforestry Handbook must be adapted for each region, taking into account not only the language but also the locally native and other potentially suitable companion plant species.
