Earth Care, People Care, Fair Share
Our work is based on the principles of permaculture We believe that people are part of the ecosystem, not above it. We work in harmony with nature, thinking in cycles and practicing regenerative agriculture. Our goal is to heal degraded land. We are a network of different sites, projects and people who share our principles. We aim to learn from each other, improve together, and create synergies to advance the transformation of agriculture while protecting the environment. We work according to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
Diversity and community
We think globally, connect the global South and North and meet each other as equals. Just as biodiversity makes food forests resilient, diversity is fundamental to our communities and relationships. We treat each other with respect, just as we respect the animals, insects, fungi and plants of complex agroforestry systems. We have a basic understanding of democracy Constructive criticism and feedback are welcome and help us to review and improve. We want to develop a louder voice through a strong network of many people in order to be heard by decision-makers and donors.
